The Network aims to be member-driven, including a governance structure that offers opportunities for the membership to shape the direction and activities of The Network overall. Leadership roles within The Network- open to all curious, thoughtful, and engaged Network members- shape this direction from year to year.
The Steering Committee is instrumental in the operations and growth of The Network and is responsible for continuous improvement, annual operations, and the achievement of strategic vision and goals set by the Kelley Fellow and membership. The Janet Kelley Fellow provides public-facing leadership for The Network, sets annual priorities and projects, and leads meeting facilitation for one year. Additional details about the role and responsibilities can be found here!
